Black Bart Wood StoveThe Black Bart Wood Stove was another manufacturer that had some popular models in the late 1970s and 1980s. They also had a line of coal stoves as well. They are now out of business. The 3200 was their most popular model and heated fairly well. I don't have the specs handy but it would easily heat a 1200 sq. ft area with no problems. Some users have found old wood and coal burner, but have had missing grates for burning anthracite coal. Keep that in mind if you have that fuel in mind. There's still a pretty busy secondary market for these heaters. I've seen good quality ones going for up to $450.
