Viking Stoves

Viking has been manufacturing high-quality stoves and kitchen appliances since 1987. Viking stoves were born out of necessity. The man who founded Viking and designed the first Viking stove, Fred Carl, was originally looking for a cooking range from his home. He found the one he wanted did not exist. He and his wife were looking for a cooking range that matched the power and versatility of a commercial stove, but commercial ranges were very impractical and unsafe for domestic use. Fred set to work on a new design, and the Viking stove was born.

For the past twenty years, Viking models have been highly sought after by professional chefs and home cooks alike. Their stoves are available in both electric and gas models. Most people probably think of their Professional Series when they imagine Viking models. The burners, convection oven, and infrared boiling are all the sort of high-powered accessories you would find in a restaurant kitchen. They also come in a variety of sizes, colors, and finishes, so it should be easy enough to find one that fits your specific styles and needs.

Viking models are available in many different collections. Each series has its own personality, and they meet a wide variety of needs, regardless of your skill in the kitchen.
